IMA Summit Will Examine Diversity and Corporate ResponsibilityMore than 300 incentive professionals are expected to attend the Incentive Marketing Association’s 10th Annual Executive Summit in Tucson from July 26 through July 29, to learn, network, and advocate incentive program ROI. They will also be seeking new and innovative ways to motivate employees and customers and stimulate the economy. The Summit’s theme, “Leadership Connected,” is an apt title for an event which brings together the incentive industry’s top thought-leaders and proponents of results-based incentive program design. Attendees representing performance improvement companies, incentive houses, manufacturers, distributors and fulfillment companies will learn about new research, industry trends, technology and globalization affecting the use and deployment of incentive programs. Highlights of the IMA Summit will include diversity expert Dr. Steve L. Robbins, discussing what effective leaders must do and know to be successful in an increasingly diverse workforce environment, and to be good citizens in an increasingly diverse world. Other sessions include: “Sales & Leadership,” “Marketing & Leadership,” and “The Business Case for Incentive Program Results Measurement.” “Incentive programs are effective business tools that will help businesses emerge from the current economy stronger and more competitive,” says IMA’s executive director Karen Renk. “The IMA Executive Summit allows us to share relevant research and best practices with the incentive industry and help professionals create results-focused programs for the business world.” For more information, visit IMA’s website at www.incentivemarketing.org.
